Title: Apple Butter Pumpkin Pie

Yield: 6 Servings
1 | c | Pumpkin |
1 | c | Apple butter |
1 | c | Evaporated milk |
1/4 | c | Packed dark brown sugar |
1/2 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Ground nutmeg |
1/4 | ts | Ground ginger |
25 | ts | Salt |
3 | Eggs, lightly beaten | |
1 | Streusel topping |
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Combine in order; pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, spices, salt, eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or intil knife inserted 2 inches from center comes out clean. Top with Streusel topping. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Makes one 9-inch pie.
STREUSEL TOPPING Combine 3 Tablespoons softened butter, 1/2 cup flour, 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, and 1/3 cup chopped pecans.
