1/2 | lb | (about 45) marshmallows |
1 | ds | Salt |
2 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | c | Heavy cream whipped |
Combine apricot nectar, marshmallows and salt in saucepan. Heat and stir until marshmallows are melted; add lemon juice and cool. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into serving dishes; chill. Makes 6 servings. [end]
