1		12 ounce can Apricot Nectar
1/2	lb	(about 45) marshmallows
1	ds	Salt
2	tb	Lemon juice
1	c	Heavy cream whipped

Combine apricot nectar, marshmallows and salt in saucepan. Heat and stir until marshmallows are melted; add lemon juice and cool. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into serving dishes; chill. Makes 6 servings. [end]
