500 | g | Dried apricots |
250 | g | Honey |
3 | Egg white |
Puree soaked apricots and honey. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased mold or refrigerator tray and freeze. Serve frozen, but break up into bite-size pieces. Garnish with whipped cream and/or sliced bananas.
