Title: Armenian Bakhlava Syrup

2 | c | Sugar |
1 | c | Water |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
1 | Piece of the lemon rind |
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, lemon juice and rind. Heat to the boiling point. Turn heat down and simmer until sugar is dissolved. pour syrup over cooled Bakhlava.
