1/2 | c | Whipping Cream |
1/4 | c | Butter |
3 | tb | Granulated Sugar |
8 | oz | Semi sweet chocolate chopped |
1/4 | c | Bailey Irish cream |
Combine cream, butter, and sugar in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over
medium heat. Remove from heat. Add chocolate stirring until completely
melted. Stir in Baileys. Chill mixture until firm about 4 hrs or
overnight. Drop mixture into the coating of your choice and shape into
balls and roll in the coating to cover thoroughly. Chill. Store in
