Title: Baked Orange-Cardamon Apples

3	md	Granny Smith apples, % cored, cut in 1/2" slices
2	tb	Honey
2	tb	Frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2	ts	Ground cardamon seeds
1	tb	Butter

Heat oven to 375 F. Arrange apples in an overlapping circle in a greased 9-inch pie pan. Stir together honey, orange concentrate and cardamon. Pour over apples and dot with butter. Bake, basting once with pan juices, for 25-30 minutes or until tender.
