1/2 | c | Sugar |
1/4 | c | Honey |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
2 | c | Half-and-half |
1 | c | Whipping cream |
3 | tb | Rum |
In a large bowl, beat eggs until blended. Beat in sugar and honey un- til smooth and light. Stir in bananas and lemon juice. Stir in half-and-half, whipping cream and rum.
