Title: Berry Fruit Freeze

Yield: 8 Servings
6 | oz | Soft cream cheese |
2 | tb | Sugar |
2 | tb | Mayonnaise |
16 | oz | Can whole cranberry sauce |
1 | Lge can drained, crushed pineapple | |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
1/2 | pt | Heavy cream, whipped |
Stir together cream cheese, sugar and mayonnaise. Add cranberry sauce and pineapple. Stir in nuts. Fold in one small container of heavy cream, whipped.
Line loaf pan with waxed paper or plastic wrap, pour in mixture, freeze overnight, remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Lift out of pan, slice and serve on crisp lettuce leaves.
"Perfect with Chicken or Turkey. Can be used as a salad or dessert. Serves 8-12."
