Title: Blueberries 'n Cheese Squares

1 1/2 | pk | Graham crackers |
1/2 | c | Margarine, melted |
8 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
1/4 | c | Milk |
2 | tb | Powdered sugar |
1 | cn | Blueberry pie filling |
1 | c | Whipping cream |
2 | tb | Powdered sugar |
Roll graham crackers to fine crumbs. In 11 3/4 by 7 1/4 inch baking pan, combine crunbs and butter, mixing well. Reserve 1/2 cup crumb mixture for topping. Press remaining crumbs in bottom of dish. Chill while preparing cream cheese. Blend cream cheese, sugar and milk until smooth. Spread evenly over crumb layer. Spread pie filling over cheese and chill while preparing cream. Using chilled beaters and bowl, whip cream and sugar until stiff. Spread evenly over blueberries. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
