Title: Blueberry Beat

1 | qt | Blueberries, fresh or |
Frozen | ||
3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 1/2 | tb | Minute tapioca |
Cook in saucepan until sauce thickens. Set aside to cool
1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter
Mix and press in 11 x 7 inch pan.
Mix together:
8 ounces cream cheese 3/4 cup sugar 1 package Dream Whip, made according to package directions.
Spread mixture carefully over crumbs. Refrigerate until set. Top with blueberry sauce.
