1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | c | Water |
2 | c | Fresh or dry packed frozen |
Blueberries, rinsed, drained | ||
1 | Grated rind and juice of | |
One lemon | ||
GARNISH | ||
Twist of lemon peel | ||
Thick cream |
Combine cornstarch and sugar. Stir in water, blueberries, lemon rind and juice. Cook over low heat while stirring until flummery bubbles and thickens.
Spoon into sherbet glasses and chill.
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
Serve with thick cream.
