Title: Bourbon-Raisin Ice Milk

1cSugar
2cMilk, nonfat
1/2cChocolate-covered raisins --
  Chopped
1/2cEgg substitute, liquid
1/4cBourbon
1/2tsVanilla extract
12ozEvaporated skim milk

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer,

and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Spoon the ice milk into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze 2 hours, or until firm.
