Title: Bourbon-Raisin Ice Milk

2 | c | Milk, nonfat |
1/2 | c | Chocolate-covered raisins -- |
Chopped | ||
1/2 | c | Egg substitute, liquid |
1/4 | c | Bourbon |
1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
12 | oz | Evaporated skim milk |
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, and stir well. Pour mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer,
and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Spoon the ice milk into a freezer-safe container, cover and freeze 2 hours, or until firm.
