1/2 | c | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
2 3/4 | c | Flour/stone grd. whole |
3 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | tb | Ground cardamon |
wheat Cream together butter and sugar and beat in eggs. Sift together flour, baking powder, and cardamon, and mix in. Makes very stiff dough. Put dough into pan about 13" x 9" and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cut semi-baked dough into strips, place on cookie sheet, and toast in oven at 350 for 25 minutes. These keep well for months. Try dipping them into coffee, tea or milk.
