| | | 2 Tb instant coffee |
| | | 2 Tb orange juice |
| | | 2 Tb brandy flavoring |
| 7 | oz | Marshmallow creme |
| 3 | c | Crushed chocolate wafer crumbs |
| 1 | c | Chopped pecans |
| | | 1 Tb orange peel |
| | | 2 Tb cocoa |
| | | 2 Tb powdered sugar |
| | | Coconut to coat truffles |
Dissolve coffee in combined juice and flavoring. Gradually add to
marshmallow creme with mixer. Add crumbs, pecans and peel. Shape into
1-inch balls. Roll half of balls in combined cocoa and powdered sugar.
Roll remaining balls in coconut. Chill. Makes about 5 dozen.
