2		Egg Whites
1	c	Sugar
1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Almond Extract
1	c	Coconut, shredded
2	c	Cereal, flaked

1. Beat egg whites until light, gradually beat in sugar and salt and continue beating until stiff. 2. Add flavoring and fold in coconut and cereal. 3.
