1/4		Bread, stale, loaf of... soaked in water, and with moisture
1	c	Sugar
1	c	Mixed fruit
1/2	pk	Mixed spice

Mix all ingredients together. Make 2 thin layers of pastry and spread mixture over one layer and cover with the other one.

Bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes. Ice with lemon flavoured icing.
