Title: Chipits Black Forest Cookies

Yield: 3 Dozen
1/2 | c | Butter, softened |
2/3 | c | Lightly packed brown sugar |
1 | Egg | |
1 | c | All-purpose flour |
1 1/4 | c | Granola cereal |
1/2 | c | Flaked coconut |
1/2 | c | Maraschino cherries, chopped |
1/4 | c | Chopped nuts |
1/2 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Grated orange rind, optional |
1 | pk | Milk chocolate chips |
Cream butter with sugar and add egg until light. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
