60 | g | Butter |
2 | tb | Cocoa powder |
2/3 | c | Milk |
2/3 | c | Flour, self-raising |
1/3 | c | Coconut, desiccated |
1/2 | c | Sugar, brown |
1 | Egg | |
Coconut, flaked, toasted to decorate. | ||
Sugar, icing | ||
Cream, whipped to serve. ==COCONUT SAUCE=========== | ||

1/2 | c | Water |
50 | g | Butter |
3/4 | c | Sugar, brown |
125 | g | Chocolate, dark |
Grease a 2-litre ovenproof dish [8-cup capacity].
Combine chocolate, butter, cocoa and milk in a small pan; stir over low heat until chocolate melted.
Sift flour into a large bowl; stir in coconut and sugars. Make a well in the centre, add chocolate mixture and egg; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared bowl.
* COCONUT SAUCE * Combine all ingredients in a small pan; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and combined. Carefully pour over pudding mixture.
