Title: Choc-Coconut Pudding

50gChocolate, dark-chopped.
60gButter
2tbCocoa powder
2/3cMilk
2/3cFlour, self-raising
1/3cCoconut, desiccated
1/2cSugar, brown
1 Egg
  Coconut, flaked, toasted to decorate.
  Sugar, icing
  Cream, whipped to serve. ==COCONUT SAUCE===========
1cCoconut cream
1/2cWater
50gButter
3/4cSugar, brown
125gChocolate, dark

Grease a 2-litre ovenproof dish [8-cup capacity].

Combine chocolate, butter, cocoa and milk in a small pan; stir over low heat until chocolate melted.

Sift flour into a large bowl; stir in coconut and sugars. Make a well in the centre, add chocolate mixture and egg; mix well. Pour mixture into prepared bowl.

* COCONUT SAUCE * Combine all ingredients in a small pan; stir over low heat until chocolate is melted and combined. Carefully pour over pudding mixture.
