1 | stick butter -- softened | |
1 c | flour | |
1 | /4 c | pecans -- chopped |
8 o | z cream cheese -- softened | |
1 c | powdered sugar | |
1 c | Cool Whip | |
3 o | z instant chocolate pudding | |
3 o | z instant vanilla pudding | |
3 c | milk |
Cut butter into flour with pastry blender. Mix in nuts. Press into 9x11 dish. Bake at 325 till golden about 20 minutes. Cool.
In bowl, mix cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust. Beat together last three ingredients and spread over cheese mixture. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top of pudding mixture.
Garnish with chopped pecans. Chill.
