1 | c | Milk, nonfat dry |
2/3 | c | Sugar |
6 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/3 | c | Cocoa, baking |
1/4 | ts | ;salt |
PUDDING | ||
1/2 | c | ;water |
1/4 | c | PUDDING MIX |
2 | ts | Butter/margarine |
1/4 | ts | Extract, almond/vanilla |
Whipped topping; optional | ||
Cocoa, baking; optional |
Combine mix ingredients; store in an airtight container or re-sealable plastic bag.
Yeilds 1 3/4 cups mix (7 single servings of pudding)
To make a single serving of pudding:
Combine water and mix in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cook and stir for 2 mintues. Remove from the heat; stir in butter and extract. Pour into a serving dish. Serve warm or chilled; top with whipped topping, and sprinkle with cocoa if desired. (Yeild 1 serving)
