Title: Chocolate Rocky Road Frozen Yogurt

1/4	c	Cocoa
2	ts	Cornstarch
3/4	c	Sugar
1 1/4	c	Lowfat milk
1 1/2	c	Plain lowfat yogurt;stirred
1/2	ts	Vanilla
1/2	c	Mini marshmallows;halved
1/4	c	Pecans and walnuts;chopped

In medium saucepan, combine cocoa, cornstarch, and sugar. Stir in milk. Cook and stir over moderate heat until mixture simmers and is slightly thickened. Remove from heat, cool. Stir in yogurt, vanilla, marshmallows, and nuts. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturers directions.
