Title: Chocolate Strusel Muffins

Yield: 6 Servings

THE MUFFIN MIX
2cBisquick
2/3cMilk
1tbGranulated sugar
1 Egg
1/2tsVanilla
  Generous shakes of cinnamon
  And nutmeg (lots more
  Cinnamon than nutmeg)
CHIPS
36 Semi-sweet chocolate chips
TOPPING
1/2cBisquick
1/3cPacked brown sugar
1/2tsCinnamon
2tbUnsweetened cocoa
2tbFirm margarine or butter

Preheat oven to 375. Line 6 muffin tins with paper liners

Mix Muffin mix ingredients together until well moistened. Pour into muffin tins.

Drop 6 chips on each muffin.

Mix topping together until it looks like coarse crumbs. Distribute over muffins.

Bake muffins until done (about 20 minutes).

Portions of this recipe were shamlessly stolen from the back of a Bisquick box. These are heavenly hot, but very, very decent cold, too.

Now, go hug a pine tree for me :-)
