7 Eggs
3/4lbButter
4cFlour
4cSugar
2tsBaking Powder
 pnSalt
3tsNutmeg
1cSherry
1cChopped Pecans
1 1/2lbRaisins

Cream butter and sugar well. Separate eggs; beat yolks. Add butter and sugar. Mix well. Sift flour, nutmeg and baking powder. Add alternately with the wine. Add raisins and nutmeats. Fold in beaten egg whites and bake in buttered pan at 300 F for 4 hours. Originally submitted by Mrs. H. H. Peyton.
