1cFlour, self-raising
1cCoconut
1/2cSugar
4 Weetbix, crushed.
1tbCocoa
4ozShortning
2tsGolden syrup [1 dessertspoon of...]
  Essence, vanilla

Sift flour and cocoa, crushed Weetbix in bowl. Add sugar, coconut and vanilla. Melt shortening and syrup and add to dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Press into swiss roll tin.

Bake in a moderate oven 20 to 30 minutes. Ice with chocolate icing and cut into squares.
