Title: Colombian Panderos

1/2 | lb | Soft Butter |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | c | Yuca flour (or corn starch) |
2 | tb | Wheat flour |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1 1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | Egg | |
2 | tb | Aguardiante (or anissette) |
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the yuca flour (or corn starch), salt, baking powder, and egg. Mix well then add the aguardiente to the mix. Make small balls and place them in a greased baking pan. Bake for about 15 min.
