Title: Cow Chip Cookies/flourless

1 | c | Margerine, softened |
2 | c | Sugar |
2 | c | Brown sugar, packed |
6 | Eggs | |
1 | tb | Vanilla |
2 | ts | Salt |
Chunky Peanut butter | ||
( 28 ounce jar ) | ||
7 1/2 | c | Oatmeal-Quick cooking |
1 | lb | Package candy coated |
Choclate ( like MM's) | ||
2 | c | Choclate chips |
1 | c | Pecans, chopped |
( This recipe does not use any flour . )
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and salt. Mix well. Mix in peanut butter. Place remaining ingredients in a 5 qt. bowl. Stir in creamed mixture. Shape into 3/4 "balls and place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350` for 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 8-9 dozen. The colored MM's in the recipe give it a festive look for the holidays. Also this makes a big batch and the recipe can be divided in half if desired.
