3 | c | Milk |
2 | Eggs, beaten | |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
Salt | ||
6 | md | Apples, coarsely chopped |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
Nutmeg |
Cook the tapioca in the milk until transparent, add the eggs sugar and salt. Remove from fire at once. Put the apples in a baking dish and sprinkle with the sugar and nutmeg. Pour the tapioca over the apples and bake until the apples are soft.
