5	tb	Cream Cheese (AHA)
1	tb	Skim milk
1	ts	Vanilla
2	tb	Cocoa
1	ts	Skim milk
3	c	Sifted confectioners' sugar

In a large mixing bowl, cream together Cream Cheese, 1 T milk, and vanilla. Add cocoa and blend well. Add 1 T of milk and 1/2 c sugar, beating constantly. Add remaining sugar, 1/2 c at a time. Spread on completely cooled cake.
