2 | c | Flour |
2 | ts | Baking powder |
1 | ts | Salt |
3 | c | Bran flakes (cooking bran) |
4 | ts | Ground ginger |
2 | ts | Baking soda |
2/3 | c | Unsweetened apple |
2 | c | Trim milk |
2 | tb | Melted margarine |
2 | tb | Sucryl |
4 | Eggs |
Add all ingredence into large bowl. mix better to be slightly runny
spoon into patty pans
Bake 160 C 15 min or until firm and golden brown
stand 5 minutes, remove from pans
variations- saltanas, pineapple, banana,, carrot, mixed fruit, etc
