3/4 | c | Sugar |
3/4 | c | Brown sugar; packed |
1 | c | Butter; softened |
2 | | Eggs |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
2 1/4 | c | Flour |
1 | ts | Baking soda |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | c | Macadamia nuts; chopped |
12 | oz | Semi sweet chocolate chips |
1 | c | Vanilla milk chips; -=OR=- |
1 | c | White chocolate; coarse chop |
Heat oven to 375~. In large mixer bowl, combine sugars, butter, eggs and
vanilla. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed, about
2 minutes. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Continue beating, scraping
often, until well mixed, 1-2 minutes. By hand, stir in nuts, chocolate
chips and vanilla chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2" apart, onto
greased cookie sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheets.
