Title: Easy Berry Dessert

Yield: 6 Servings

1 9 inch refrigerated pie crust
1/2cWhite chocolate chips
1cBlueberry or raspberry pie filling.

Preheat oven according to package directions. Unfold pie crust and place flat on a baking sheet. Bake approximate 8 minutes OR until golden brown.

Remove crust from the oven and then sprinkle with the white chocolate chips. Place back into the oven and bake one minute more OR until chips are softened. Spread the chocolate to cover the top of the crust.

Top with the pie filing. Cool.

Refrigerate any leftovers.

Any leftover pie filling can always be used for another dessert as a topping for ice cream of pound cake.
