Title: Easy Lime Pie

Yield: 8 Servings
16 | oz | Cream cheese, softened |
6 | oz | Frozen limeade concentrate partially thawed |
3 | tb | Sugar |
2 | ts | Grated fresh lime peel (optional) |
1 | 8 inch graham cracker crust | |
1 | cn | 11 oz mandarin orange sections, drained |
In a large bowl beat together the cream cheese and the concentrate until smooth. Beat in the sugar and lime peel (if using). Pour this mixture into the graham cracker pie crust. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes until fully chilled.
When ready to serve, top with the sliced oranges in a creative design just before serving.
Refrigerate any leftovers.
