Title: Easy Strawberry Loaf

3/4 | c | Whipping Cream |
2 | tb | Powdered sugar |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | c | Strawberry slices |
1 | Angel food cake loaf |
Cut the angel food cake loaf into four lengthwise slices.
Whip the whipping cream at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and the vanilla. Continue to beat at high speed until stiff peaks are formed. Save half of this whipped cream, set aside. Fold the sliced berries into the remaining whipped cream.
Place a slice of the cake on a serving plate and spread it with one third of the strawberry mixture. Repeat this for two more layers. Top with the remaining cake slice.
Frost with the reserved plain whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut just before serving.
