Title: Favorite Summer Salad

1 | Pineapple, fresh | |
6 | Apricots; halved | |
1 | Banana; sliced | |
1 | c | Cantaloupe balls |
1 | c | Watermelon balls |
1 | c | Grapes, white seedless |
1 | c | Coconut, flaked |
16 | oz | Sour cream |
1/4 | c | Pecans; chopped |
Chill pineapple overnight. Peel and core pineapple; cut into bite-size chunks. Combine fruit; add flaked coconut, and toss gently.
Combine sour cream and pecans; spoon over fruit. Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
