Title: Frozen Yogurt Strawberry Tarts

8 | 10 graham cracker tart | |
Shells* | ||
2 | Eight unce containers of | |
Plain low-fat yogurt | ||
1/2 | c | Sugar |
1 | Eight ounce container | |
Whipped topping | ||
2 | c | Fresh sliced strawberries |
Combine yogurt and sugar. Fold in whipped topping and sliced strawberries. Fill tart shells with mixture and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight. Remove from freezer 30 minutes prior to service and garnish with sliced strawberries. Place leftovers back in the freezer.
* Note that deep dish or 10 inch graham cracker pie crust can be used in place of the tart shells. Remove from freezer one hour prior to serving.
