1/2 | c | Unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/2 | c | Flour |
1/4 | c | Whole wheat pastry flour |
1 1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | Powdered egg substitute | |
1/2 | c | Applesauce |
1 | ts | Baking powder |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | ts | Vanilla |
1/2 | tb | Coconut extract |
1/2 | tb | Almond extract |
1 | tb | Peanut butter |

Preparation :15 Cook :40 Stand :20 Total 1:15
Warm extracts. Blend in peanut butter. Add tsp. water, if necessary to make smooth. In a separate container, wisk up egg substitute. Wisk in applesauce, and then peanut butter mixture. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add liquid mixture and wisk/stir. Pour into 8 x 8 pan that has been sprayed and floured. Bake at 350 deg. F., for 35 to 40 minutes.
