1 | Pkg. mini choclate chips | |
2 | tb | Butter/margerine |
Melt the ( Hershy's ) white choclate chips and butter in a double boiler, or in the microwave ( Microwave; melt butter and chips seperately, then mix together. ) 2 cups of chips can be microwaved for 5-7 minutes at medium.....watch carefully !
Dip Nutter Butter Cookies in white choclate. Place on rack to harden. While wet, place 2 mini-chips on each cookie for eyes. ooooh good. :)
