Title: Ginger Cookies (Aha)

3/4cAcceptable margarine
1cSugar
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2cAll-purpose flour
2tsBaking soda
1tsCinnamon
1tsGround ginger
  Vegetable oil spray
1tbSugar

In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and 1 c sugar. Beat in egg and molasses.

In another bowl, sift flour, soda, and spices together. Add margarine mixture. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate dough until thoroughly chilled.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly spray baking sheet with vegetable oil.

Shape dough into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Roll in 1 T sugar and place 3 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes.
