3/4cSugar
2dsPlain flour -sifted twice
1tsCream of Tartar
1/2tsSoda
1tsGinger
1tsCinnamon
2tsCocoa
2cCornflour
1dsGolden Syrup

Beat together eggs and sugar thoroughly, add flour etc. to eggs and sugar and lastly fold in 1 dessertspoon of Golden Syrup.

Bake 20 minutes.
