2 | tb | Golden syrup. |
1/2 | c | Sweetened condensed milk. |
1 | ts | Vanilla essence. |
250 | g | Gingernut biscuits, crushed.] |
1 | c | Sultanas |
1 | c | Coconut, approx.] |
Melt butter in saucepan, add golden syrup and condensed milk. Stir in essence, biscuits and sultanas over medium heat until well combined; cool to room temperature. Roll heaped teaspoons of mixture into small balls, toss in coconut, refrigerate until firm.
Makes about 50.
