Title: Glazed Popcorn

8 | c | Popped popcorn; (about 1/2 cup unpopped) |
1/4 | c | Margarine or butter plus enough to grease foil |
3 | tb | Light corn syrup |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | Box; (3-ounce) Jell-0 |
Preheat oven to 300 F. Line a 15x10x1-inch pan with foil. Butter foil.
Place popcorn in a large bowl; remove any unpopped kernels.
In a small pan, heat margarine and corn syrup over medium heat until the margarine melts. Stir in sugar and Jell-O. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Quickly pour over popcorn, tossing to coat. Spread popcorn in prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes. While warm, separate kernels or shape into ball. Store in a covered airtight container. Makes 4 (2-cup) servings. From: Bobbie Beers Date: 05-07-98 (13:21) The Once And Future Legend (1) Cooking
