FROM MANNA TO MOUSSE | ||
2 | Matzo | |
Cold water | ||
2 | Eggs | |
1 | c | Chicken soup |
1 | tb | Chicken fat |
1 | Onion; medium | |
1/4 | lb | Chicken liver; chopped |
Salt & pepper; to taste |
Break matzo into pieces and soak in cold water. Drain well. Mix with eggs, chicken soup, and chicken fat. Saute onion and add to seasoned chopped liver. Mix all ingredients together. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
