Title: 7 Day Sweet Pickles

Yield: 4 Servings

5	lb	Cucumbers
1	qt	Vinegar
8	c	Sugar
2	tb	Salt
2	tb	Pickling spice

DAY 1: Wash cucumbers, cover with boiling water.

DAY 2: Drain, cover with fresh boiling water.

DAY 3: Same.

DAY 4: Same.

DAY 5: Drain and slice cucumbers. Combine other ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over cucumbers.

DAY 6: Drain cucumbers, reserving liquid. Bring reserved liquid to a boil and pour over cucumbers.

DAY 7: Drain cucumbers. Reboil syrup. Add cucumbers. Bring to a boil. Can in hot jars.
