Title: Blueberry Relish

Yield: 2 Servings
1/4 | c | Vidalia Onion -- Diced |
1/4 | c | Balsamic Vinegar |
2 | tb | Sugar |
1 | tb | Fresh Lemon Juice |
1 1/2 | c | Blueberries -- Washed |
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste |
If using a food processor, coarsely chop one small onion wedge and measure 1/4 cup. Return to processor and add remaining ingredients. Or, dice onion and berries by hand and mix with remaining ingredients. Let sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or until meal is served.
Makes 2 servings.
