2 | tb | Minced red bell pepper |
1 | tb | Seeded, minced jalapeno |
1 | tb | Minced cilantro |
1 | tb | Rice wine vinegar |
Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl. Chill for 1 hour. Serve with pork, chicken or fish. Makes about 2 cups, or 12 servings.
