Title: Coriander Relish

1 | c | Coriander leaves; chopped |
1 | cl | Garlic |
1/2 | ts | Cumin |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1 | tb | Vinegar |
8 | oz | Yogurt; plain |
Mash the garlic, coriander, cumin, salt and vinegar together. Stir in the yogurt to make a smooth paste.
Serve with grilled chicken, roast lamb or poached fish.
