225	g	Sliced button mushrooms
25	g	Butter
295	g	Condensed mushroom and
		Peppers soup
2	lg	Eggs
		Fresh ground black pepper

Saute the mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes over a very high heat then spread over a quiche base. Whisk together the soup, eggs and pepper. Pour over the mushrooms and cook for 1 hour at 190c/375g/gm5.
