Title: Fresh Garden Pesto

Yield: 1 Batch
2 | c | Fresh Basil; or up to 3 cups |
1/2 | c | Olive oil |
5 | cl | Garlic; or as many as 6 |
1 | c | Grated Romano cheese |
Put basil leaves, olive oil and garlic into a food processor. Process ingredients until garlic and basil are finely chopped and mixture is smooth. Blend in cheese.
