Title: Fresh Salsa/totally Tomato Cookbook

Yield: 4 Cups

3lgTomatoes, chopped
1/2 Red onion, diced
2 Serrano or jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with se
1/2cChopped fresh cilantro
2tbLime juice
1/4tsSalt
 xOptional: liquid hot pepper sauce to taste
PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings. Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
