3 | lg | Tomatoes, chopped |
1/2 | Red onion, diced | |
2 | Serrano or jalapeno peppers stemmed and finely diced with se | |
1/2 | c | Chopped fresh cilantro |
2 | tb | Lime juice |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
x | Optional: liquid hot pepper sauce to taste | |
PREPARATION |
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Toss well and taste for seasonings. Adjust with salt and hot pepper sauce. Store in refrigerator, in sealed container as long as one day.
