Title: Low-Fat Yogurt Vinaigrette

1 | tb | (to 2 tbs) wine vinegar sherry vinegar or cider vinegar |

1 | ts | Dijon mustard or to taste |

1/8 | ts | Pepper |
1/2 | c | Non-fat yogurt |
1 | tb | (to 2 tbs) olive oil |
2 | tb | Chopped herbs such as tarragon, parsley, basil chives, dill, |
Put lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper, and yogurt into a jar or small bowl. Stir together well. Stir in olive oil and herbs. Taste and adjust seasonings.
